Caring for your products

Can I machine wash my silk pillowcase?
Although we strongly recommend hand washing all of our products, they are machine washable. Please see Care instructions above.

How do I wash my pillowcase?
Handwashing is the best way to look after your silk pillowcase and will ensure it stays in the best condition. It is important to use a gentle washing detergent that is specifically designed for washing silk. Please see Care instructions above.

Can I iron my silk pillowcase?
YES – Always cool iron on reverse

Can I wash the eye mask and scrunchies?
YES – but we recommend only washing occasionally to prolong the life. I recommend handwashing with a specific silk detergent.

Shipping policy to the UK

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping on orders over £50
  • £3.99 Royal Mail Tracked 48 on orders of £50 or below
  • £5.99 Royal Mail Tracked 24 is optional on all orders

How long will my order take to ship?
We aim to despatch within 2 working days.

What are your delivery fees?
All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48; a tracking number will be included on your dispatch email for tracking purposes. Your item should be delivered between 2 to 5 days after the dispatch notice email. If you do not receive your item after this time please track using the tracking info. Sometimes items have had an attempted delivery but a card is not left, items are only held for 14 days before being sent back to sender.

How will I know my order has shipped?
You’ll receive a notification email as soon as your order has been shipped. Remember to check your junk folder.

Refund policy

We love our customers, and your satisfaction is very important to us. We will do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase from Shuti.

We are only able to offer refunds within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse items that are not returned in an unused, unopened condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Everything we sell has been checked with strict measure before being dispatched. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact jess@shutibyjk.com as soon as you receive your order and we will be happy to look into this. Please include pictures and a description of the fault as this will help us resolve the issue. You will then need to return the item to us for a thorough inspection.

Once we have approved the return/exchange, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 working days of receipt of your return. Please not refunds can take 7 business days to appear in your account.

We do NOT cover the return shipping costs. It is strongly advised that you send the item back to us using a tracked delivery service that insures the value of the goods. Any item returned to us is your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse.

Please note we will not refund shipping costs, duties or taxes.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

We do not take any responsibility for how you wash or treat your products.

To start a return, you can contact us at Jess@shutibyjk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items without first accepting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange your product is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new one.
